Who Needs A Fraction Chief AI Officer?
Navigating the complexities of artificial intelligence (AI) for ROI is a big part of every leader's agenda. We all know now that realizing AI's potential requires more than technical expertise. It also demands sharp strategic thinking, sound governance, ethical decision-making, empathetic communication from the Boardroom to the frontline, and careful integration with the business, brand, and customer experience.
Like many of you, I've spent over two decades in the trenches, driving growth and transformation for global brands and organizations. My journey has given me a valuable 360° perspective, having co-founded and scaled a digital agency, led digital revenue initiatives within major media companies, headed strategy in international agency settings, and built a creative marketing firm from the ground up. Leading marketing, managing complex projects, building businesses, and collaborating at the C-suite level – these experiences form the bedrock of how I approach the AI imperative today.
Recognizing the critical need for strategic AI leadership that truly aligns with business goals and protects brand integrity, I've focused my efforts here. This involved executive education in AI Strategy, Governance, and Accountability at Wharton and Kellogg, and certification from Google (Machine Learning) and Databricks. It's a field that requires continuous learning, which also fuels my semi-weekly "Brand AI Report" newsletter, exploring the intersection of AI and brand strategy for leaders and boards.
Based in Paris, I bring a sensitivity to global trends and regulations across the US, UK, and EU. My role isn't just about consultation; it's about acting as a strategic partner alongside you and your teams to get the job done. I work to facilitate the necessary conversations, collaborate with internal experts and external vendors, and ensure your AI initiatives build trust, enhance customer experience, and create a durable competitive edge. Ultimately, my focus is on translating the vast potential of AI into clear, actionable strategies and effectively communicating their value to the board, investors, and the entire organization.
A few words from my digital avatar. It is important that leaders use the tech, not just read about it.
