Services and Deliverables
My role is to orchestrate solutions for impact with AI. I do a lot, but not everything. Depending on the goal, timing, and other requirements, I will collaborate with your leadership team, staff, and vendors - and/or potentially recommend qualified specialists to join our team on an as-needed basis. For example, an additional Responsible AI expert for time-efficiency in larger organizations, a sector-specific expert, a fractional CMO, a Graphic Designer for a new Brand Identity project or internal communications campaign, a Data Scientist for Data Hygiene strategy, etc. Whether or not I work as a solo consultant or as the resourceful leader of a team, I am responsible for the project and the results. For example:
Levels of Service
Operational AI (Level 1): Many brands use AI for internal efficiencies—productivity tools, research, personalization, and strategy. However, without a clear ethical framework informed by brand values, decisions about AI can be fragmented, inconsistent, and challenging to communicate clearly to the organization and marketplace. I help organizations establish a foundation and process of values, governance, and oversight—often by creating an AI Center of Excellence – that adds structure, clarity, purpose, and process to determine and measure the use cases of AI. This spurs innovation, communication, and accountability. It reduces frustration, authenticates the brand, and scales innovation.
Customer-Facing AI (Level 2, optional): If your organization also uses (or intends to) customer-facing AI —chatbots, shopping assistants, recommendation engines, and soon, agents — your trust in the customer experience is essential. I collaborate with organizations (as a strategist/facilitator or as part of a 3rd party team) to set the brand standards for transparency, accountability, and oversight of AI-powered customer experiences.
AI Transformation (Level 3, optional): At the deepest level, the integration of safe & ethical AI reshapes how a company operates. Industry leaders like BCG describe this transformation process as long, costly, and difficult —but with massive upside. When major consulting firms aren’t the right fit, I join or assemble expert teams to progress brands through AI-driven transformation in a process that is right-sized.

Drawing on my decades of experience strategizing and executing brand overhauls, digital marketing departments and campaigns, creative agencies, and strategic projects for senior clients —often serving as a board-level “Mr. Fix It” -- I align the goal and process to diagnose the problem involving AI, develop options, and communicate the solutions, behind the scenes or as a visible representative of change (fCAIO).
